Located 2.2 km southeast on Lakeshore Drive off Crowsnest Highway 3 in East Osoyoos, there are RV sites up to 30 feet, full hookups, and tenting. Most sites have a cabana shelter with sink and electricity.
Beach sites, camp cabins, coin showers, store, laundry, arcade, fridge rentals, sandy private beach. Family camping. Off-season rates. Open May 1 to September 30.

Roughing it at Chataway adds to the total experience. There is no plumbing in the cabins or in the campsite. During our high season (May to October) we have a centrally located shower house where you can have hot showers all day until 9:30 P.M.There are no flushed toilets, outhouses only.
The cabins all sleep four persons comfortably, with either two double beds or a double bed and a set of single bunk beds. You need to bring your own bedding. Each cabin offers a wood burning stove and a propane cook top stove for comfort and convenience, but there are no fridges in the cabins, therefore you do need to bring your own cooler. The kitchenettes are supplied with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.

Adjacent to the northwest portion of E.C. Manning Provincial Park, the Cascade Recreation Area lies within the Hozameen Range of the Cascade Mountains.Summer activities include hiking, horseback riding and nature appreciation. During the summer months one can access the area from either the Cascade Recreation Area parking lot, located 12 km east of the West Gate, or the Whipsaw Creek Road, 32 km east of the east gate. Logging trucks frequently use the Whipsaw Creek Road.
Winter enthusiasts enjoy snowmobiling in the northeast corner of the Granite Mountain area. Other than the snowmobile area, winter access is not recommended due to the high avalanche hazard. The Whipsaw Creek Road located 48 km east of the Visitor Centre is the only road into the snowmobile area and is frequently used by logging trucks.
Fishing opportunities are limited in this park.
